I am just watching tonight's episode of FantomWorks...
They are supposed to be restoring a 65 Caddy convertible, and they get in a donor that looks like it needs barely a re-fresh.
The primary car has barely ANYTHING good.
They DIDN'T EVEN MENTION THE MOST REALISTIC POSSIBILITY!!!!
FLIP the 65 sedan, with the light re-fresh that it needs, and re-sell the car for at least as much as the buy-in, and the refresh, back to square 1.. Use the proceeds to buy an actual basketcase car, that is actually a DONOR to re-build the original convertible.
Cutting up an 85% good car, to fix a 15% good car is insane.
